In 2017 we have set up our community office at 627, West Derby Road which we are developing as a creative hub and Second-Hand Book Shop.  We continue with our Community Writing Group meeting on second Saturdays at the Victoria Gallery and Museum as well as our Mossley Hill Group at Sudley House and the Poetry Residency in Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust.  We started the year with a celebration at the Everyman on 20th January as part of the Psychology Fringe Festival and are looking forward to our Day Conference at Liverpool Friends Meeting House on 29th April.  We will also celebrate our first Ten Years on Light Night, 19th May at Central Library (4th Floor) 5 pm - 7 pm.

In 2016 we continued with our regular meetings at the Victoria Gallery & Museum, the Poetry Residency work at Mersey Care NHS Trust, our community office at Lister Steps and a big celebration of National Poetry Day at Mersey Care's Life Rooms in Walton.

The programme for 2015 included our regular monthly community meetings at the Victoria Gallery & Museum on second Saturdays,  a celebration event in January for 100 Pictures-100 Pages, workshops as part of the Victoria Gallery & Museum's Dorothy Wordsworth exhibition, The Liverpool Elegies project (a new well-being and writing project funded by Liverpool Clinical Commissioning group), and further development of work with Mersey Care NHS Trust. We also hope to further develop our local office with core funding for part-time staff in 2016.

In 2015 Aileen La Tourette was our Visiting Writer and Maria Isakova Bennett was our Project Support Assistant for the 2015 Liverpool Elegies project.

Shirley Jones ran our special workshops in 2015 linked to the Dorothy Wordworth Exhibition at the Victoria Gallery & Museum (in the Spring) and to themes of the gothic in workshops on The Strange and the Ghostly in October and November.

In 2014 we delivered our World War One Project - 100 Pictures-100 Pages, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, a performance at the INTAR conference in Liverpool in June, and the ACAT conference in July, a programme of events at the Off the Page Festival at the Bluecoat in October,  the Poet-in-Residence project with Mersey Care NHS Trust and our Volunteer Development Team.

In 2013 we ran our monthly community meetings, the Poetry project with Mersey Care, a Shakespeare inspired project - The Tuebrook Tempest - and a film about our work, a reading event as part of the In Other Words Festival and our Poet-in-Residence project with Liverpool Mersey Care.
